Tender for Ulcinj’s bay Valdanos in Montenegro fail again

The tender for the valuation of Ulcinj bay Valdanos failed for the fourth time , because no one submitted a bid before the deadline which finish in Monday, officials from the government stated.At the tender can call  consortium’s of companies who purchase the tender documents, which costs 20 000 euros and signed a statement of confidentiality.A participant in the tender could be an international hotel operator and brand that is famous for the management of tourist complexes level plus four or five stars. Tenderer must have at least five years continuous experience in planning, developing and managing high class hotels.Valdanos Cove is located four kilometers from Ulcinj and is among the most attractive locations in Montenegro.At the tender among others could log in and companies who can prove that he possesses the financial capability and money needed for the project.
